Terms and Conditions

Room Rates INCLUDE all taxes and are subject to change without notice.
Room Rates include a modest continental breakfast from a stocked semi-private kitchen adjacent to your room.
A minimum stay of two nights is required on typical weekends with a three to four night minimum for Holiday Weekends, Graduation Weekends, and for the Boston Marathon Weekend.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Check or credit card deposit for the full amount is required at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: We will need 21 days advance notice for refunds, less $35 as our processing fee. Within 21 days prior to occupancy, guests are responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the reservation. Early departures are considered cancellations of nights reserved. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email or regular mail to The Gilded Lily. Please purchase insurance if you have reason to be concerned about canceling your trip.
