Terms and Conditions
- Room Rates INCLUDE taxes & are subject to change without notice.
- Room Rates include a modest continental breakfast from a stocked semi-private kitchen adjacent to your room.
- A
minimum stay of two nights is required on typical weekends with a three
to four night minimum for Holiday Weekends, Graduation Weekends, and
for the Boston Marathon Weekend.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Full fee is charged to your credit card upon making reservation.
- Cancellation
Policy: We need 21 days advance notice for refunds, less a $35
processing fee. Within 21 days prior to occupancy, the full reservation
cost applies unless we are able to re-book the reservation. Early
departures are considered cancellations of nights reserved. Please note
that all cancellations must be made in writing via email or regular
mail to The Gilded Lily. Please purchase insurance if you have
cancellation concerns.
