Terms and Conditions
- Room Rates INCLUDE all taxes and are subject to change without notice.
- Room Rates include a modest continental breakfast from a stocked semi-private kitchen adjacent to your room.
- A minimum stay of two nights is required on typical weekends with a three to four night minimum for Holiday Weekends, Graduation Weekends, and for the Boston Marathon Weekend.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Check or credit card deposit for the full amount is required at time of reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: We will need 21 days advance notice for refunds, less $35 as our processing fee. Within 21 days prior to occupancy, guests are responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the reservation. Early departures are considered cancellations of nights reserved. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email or regular mail to The Gilded Lily.
